Little Angel

Suzi Jowsey Featherstone, NZ Film Commission

Auckland, New Zealand
BIO: Writer/director:  Suzi Jowsey Featherstone Returning to NZ in 2005 after 12 yrs in London as an advertising creative, Suzi JowseyFeatherstone turned her hand to directing and now also writes for The Sweet Shop (commercials production). She’s completed two documentaries for TVNZ, one on New York based action painter Max Gimblett and the other on opera enthusiast Frances Wilson’s obsession with sound (also screened at Nashville Film Festival). Little Angel is her first short film and is a culmination of years in commercials, and lately as a director/writer in film. Her focus is in drama-based works that explore the light and dark sides of humanity.
Word of mouth is a powerful tool, one that could help take my film to the next stage and further my career as a passionate director/writer and filmmaker. So I ask that you view Little Angel (hopefully enjoy it) and then pass it on. Actually, go out there and blab your head off! As I am looking for a buzz that will push it into a festival, that catches the eye of other dynamic filmmakers, directors and writers who I really should meet, and I’m looking for any recommendations that will open up my world as a director.
